Senior CRO Copywriter – Conversion-Focused Marketing

About the role

CapsLock is looking for a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion‑driven copy that boosts marketing performance for B2C clients. You will work remotely with a global team, collaborating closely with marketers, designers, video editors and media buyers to turn technical product details into compelling customer‑focused messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Create conversion‑focused copy for landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs and other funnel assets targeting cold traffic.
• Research products, customers, competitors and market trends to uncover new messaging angles.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions and creative angles that translate technical features into clear benefits.
• Produce structured copy variations for A/B testing, analyze performance data and iterate to improve conversion metrics.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with cross‑functional teams and contribute insights to the company’s copywriting knowledge base.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, analysis and production efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Response, Performance or Advertising Copywriting with a proven track record of improving conversion rates.
• Native‑level English, strong grasp of direct‑response principles, customer psychology and conversion‑focused writing.
• Ability to quickly research unfamiliar products, markets and customer segments and translate technical information into clear benefits.
• Experience creating structured copy variations for A/B testing and using performance data to refine messaging.
