Scrum Master – Financial Crime Prevention (SAFe)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Tieto Banktech’s Financial Crime Prevention department. You will work in a cross‑functional, distributed team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high‑quality banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a servant‑leader and coach for one to two Agile teams, improving Agile maturity and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
• Guide teams in applying SAFe practices and organizing work accordingly.
• Remove impediments, address risks, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self‑organization.
• Promote Agile values, transparency, accountability, and quality.
• Support and mentor team members and Product Owners on Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers and other Scrum Masters within the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment.
• Monitor team performance metrics and use data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Experience working in scaled Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe.
• Strong understanding of Agile and lean principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proven stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
