Salesperson – Construction Systems

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Latvia. The Salesperson will actively identify and engage prospective customers, present BALEX METAL’s construction systems and products, and provide tailored solutions that meet client project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers and present construction systems.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare offers and quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain long‑term customer relationships and collaborate with technical and logistics teams for accurate order fulfillment.
• Represent the brand at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, client communication, and consultative selling.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, building systems, or related industrial sectors.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into clear value propositions.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up abilities to handle multiple projects and accounts.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.
