Sales Support Specialist (Latvian, English & Additional EU Language)

About the role

Join the leading manufacturer of pallet collars as a Sales Support Specialist. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing, accurate data entry, and effective communication with customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer, order, and document data in internal systems.
• Handle routine customer inquiries independently and route complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and organise documentation for sales transactions and maintain operation history records.
• Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks, reporting and information coordination.
• Coordinate order, delivery and reporting information between the company and customers.

Required profile

• Fluency in Latvian, English and at least one additional EU language (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish, German).
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, sales or customer support roles.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Bitrix24 CRM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Axapta (Dynamics).
