Sales Support Executive – Baltics

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will boost the efficiency of our national sales operations by providing essential administrative, logistical and planning assistance to field sales teams across the Baltics. You will own internal reporting, streamline processes and ensure the commercial teams have the data and tools they need to achieve strong business results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, communicating promotional offers, handling BBD and OOS inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Enter and maintain data in demand‑planning and promotional tools, run pre‑ and post‑ROI analyses, and gather trade‑expenditure evidence for invoice approval.
• Collect and manage logistic data, participate in BBD/OOS mitigation meetings and track product‑change information.
• Prepare and distribute daily sales out reports, periodic internal reports and ad‑hoc analyses for the sales force and distributors.
• Support sales‑related projects with data analysis, create presentation materials and organise sales‑meeting assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting sales teams and preparing sales reports.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a local Baltic language is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration and high‑level administrative abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
