Sales Specialist - Aviation Engine Repairs

About the role

A company specialising in aviation engine repairs is looking for a Sales Specialist. The role covers building and growing the customer base, handling enquiries and supporting customers through their repair orders.

Key responsibilities

• Search, create and expand the customer database and attract new potential customers for aviation engine repairs
• Communicate with customers, process their enquiries and develop long-term cooperation with existing and potential customers
• Monitor and assist customers with their repair orders from placement until completion
• Work with other departments and inform the team immediately of any changes or issues with an order
• Take part in aviation-related events, conferences and exhibitions
• Develop and expand the customer portfolio to ensure continuous sales growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Customer-oriented approach and excellent written and verbal English
• Up-to-date knowledge of aviation industry trends
• Active, curious and perseverant, able to work under pressure and in a multitasking environment
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary

Required skills

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
• Ability to negotiate and take part in exhibitions
