Sales Manager – Logistics Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive new business growth and nurture existing client relationships for Between, a leading logistics provider. Based in Riga, this full‑time position focuses on delivering multimodal and intermodal transport solutions to B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the logistics and supply‑chain market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Prospect, qualify leads and prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with operations teams to align service delivery with customer expectations.
• Analyse market trends, contribute to pricing strategies and service offering enhancements.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports and maintain CRM data.
• Represent Between at industry events and promote multimodal logistics solutions.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain services.
• Strong track record in lead generation, client relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Ability to analyse market data, develop sales strategies and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
