Sales Manager – Car Subscription Services

About the role

MyBee is the only fully digital car subscription provider in the Baltics. As a Sales Manager you will drive growth by acquiring new B2B and B2C customers and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect new customers and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate the value of MyBee services to B2B and B2C clients and prepare proposals.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide insights for company growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet Management and other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top‑quality service.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of sales processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, key account management or a similar role.
• Structured approach to outbound sales, including lead list management and outreach tracking.
• Confident in cold outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn to reach decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong time‑management, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with common sales tools.
