Sales Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist to join our Support and Service Team in Riga. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will identify new prospects, qualify their needs, and set up qualified appointments for our Sales Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads, maintain communication, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Support Sales Managers with proposal preparation and follow‑up.
• Identify alternative decision‑makers using various lead‑generation tools.
• Track and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales or lead‑generation role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales engagement tools.
