Sales Account Executive – German speaking

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive who will own and grow the German market while supporting business development across other European markets. The role combines proactive hunting for new customers with the management of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the German market, while supporting sales initiatives in other European territories.
• Actively prospect new business opportunities and close deals across the wind‑energy and renewable‑energy sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing strategic insights.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences throughout Europe.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Proven track record in both new‑business hunting and key‑account growth.
• Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
