Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join iPS Powerful People’s international recruitment team in Riga and help connect skilled professionals with exciting offshore, maritime, energy and infrastructure projects worldwide. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, building relationships and matching talent to high‑impact opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily team catch‑ups to align on priority vacancies and market trends.
• Source, approach and interview candidates globally, assessing experience and motivations.
• Guide candidates through each recruitment stage, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with consultants and offices across multiple countries to match the right people with the right projects.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, keeping candidate data up‑to‑date.
• Represent iPS at networking events, career fairs and industry gatherings to strengthen the employer brand.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with strong people skills and ambition to grow.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Affinity for Energy, Maritime, Offshore or Renewables sectors.
• Proactive, relationship‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence to take initiative in a dynamic international setting.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Use of recruitment tools for sourcing and candidate management.
