About the role

Printful is looking for motivated production workers for a seasonal, fixed‑term contract until 31 December 2026. You will join a dynamic team in the Lidostas Parks facility (Mārupe) and help ensure continuous fulfillment of holiday orders.

Key responsibilities

• Operate printing and embroidery machines to produce branded apparel and accessories.
• Sort and pack orders efficiently according to schedule.
• Inspect finished goods for quality standards.
• Perform additional tasks such as picking items from the warehouse.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work shift patterns.
• Positive, optimistic attitude.
• Basic proficiency in Latvian.

Required skills

• Experience with printing equipment.
• Experience with embroidery machines.
