About the role

Join Printful's fast‑growing production team in the Lidostas Parks area of Mārupe. As a Production Worker you will operate printing and embroidery equipment, sort and pack orders, and ensure product quality while working in rotating morning or evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate printing and embroidery machines to fulfil customer orders.
• Quickly sort and pack finished items for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality standards and report any issues.
• Perform additional tasks such as retrieving items from the warehouse.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work shift schedules.
• Positive, optimistic attitude.
• Basic proficiency in Latvian.

Required skills

• Printing equipment operation
• Embroidery machine operation
