Quality Assurance Specialist for Motor Claims

About the role

The newly created Squad supports Nordic growth ambitions in Motor Claims, focusing on early damage assessment, partner steering and repair cost optimisation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will build QA practices from scratch, start with manual testing to understand the domain and then shape a sustainable test‑automation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and improve the test process within the team.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and combine API, UI, integration and end‑to‑end business‑flow testing.
• Define test‑automation scope, develop scenarios and analyse results.
• Apply risk‑based approaches to ensure proper test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, PO’s, analysts, UX designers and business users.
• Support shift‑left testing, participate in Agile ceremonies and release testing.
• Track defects and maintain documentation in Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong English communication skills for interaction with international clients and colleagues.
• Open mindset, willingness to collaborate and contribute to a holistic testing approach.
