About the role

LAFI Serviss, a leading provider of ventilation, heating, cooling and automation systems, is looking for a technically‑oriented Project Coordinator / Project Manager Assistant. The role will support full‑cycle service projects, ensuring smooth execution and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long‑term cooperation with existing clients.
• Prepare commercial offers and technical specifications.
• Plan and organise material and equipment orders for maintenance, repairs and new installations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate service technicians, service calls and maintenance schedules.
• Plan service masters’ workdays together with the Customer Service Centre.
• Control work quality on site and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and assist in creating tender and procurement documentation.
• Participate in HVAC, automation and other engineering system service projects.

Required profile

• Ability to work with HVAC, UK, EL, VAS project documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and independent decision‑making.
• Analytical thinking and ability to plan personal and team work.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in project management or coordination of commercial buildings (offices, production facilities, shopping centres) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and AutoCAD or similar CAD tools is a plus.
• English reading skills for technical documentation.
