About the role

Tele2 Latvia is looking for a Product Manager on a fixed‑term contract (up to 1.5 years) to lead the development and management of its VAS (Value‑Added Services) portfolio. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring new telecom products to market and improve existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage VAS product offerings from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful product rollout and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including problem resolution and performance monitoring.
• Utilise data analysis to inform product decisions and enhance customer experience.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and scope, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product or project implementation.
• Higher education in telecommunications, IT or management.
• Strong interest and understanding of the telecom industry and mobile technologies.
• Strategic, analytical, creative and flexible thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy level.
