About the role

Tele2 Latvia is looking for a Product Manager on a fixed‑term contract (up to 1.5 years) to lead the development and management of its VAS (Value‑Added Services) portfolio. You will work in a dynamic telecom environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring new products to market and continuously improve existing offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage VAS product services throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Manage issue resolution processes identified during product operation.
• Utilise data analysis to inform product decisions and enhance customer experience.
• Control project budgets, timelines and scope.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in product or project implementation.
• Higher education in telecommunications, IT, or management.
• Strong interest and understanding of the telecom sector and mobile technologies.
• Strategic, analytical, creative and flexible thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with high energy levels.
