Production Technician – Epsilon Department (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Production Technician for its Epsilon Department in Riga. This fixed‑term position covers maternity leave and offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge UAV and electro‑optical surveillance technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust and test electronic systems, products and components according to technical specifications.
• Package and perform post‑processing of finished items.
• Operate, maintain and perform routine checks on production equipment, tools and assembly fixtures.
• Select and prepare materials, inspect components before use and report any quality issues.
• Document defects, equipment malfunctions or non‑conformities to the Shift Supervisor.
• Follow technical documentation, work instructions, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Carry out additional production‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary education; technical or vocational education is a plus.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or electronics production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and responsibility.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Latvian; English is an advantage.
