Production Plant Technical Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Plant Technical Manager to join our team at the Spilve facility. You will be responsible for guaranteeing the uninterrupted operation of our automatic and technical equipment while supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of all automatic and technical equipment.
• Develop, implement and maintain a preventive maintenance plan for the plant.
• Coordinate timely ordering of spare parts according to the maintenance schedule.
• Lead the technical team, fostering ongoing development and performance.
• Provide on‑site technical support aligned with factory needs.
• Collaborate with external service providers delivering automation and technical solutions.

Required profile

• Technical education (engineering or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production technical support.
• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership.
• Proficient in Latvian and English (English required for daily tasks).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good computer literacy, especially MS Office.
