About the role

JYSK is looking for a Product Group Sales Specialist to join its team at the Sāga shopping centre. You will be responsible for driving sales results, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate stock levels within your product area.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction scores.
• Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper product placement.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns related to your product group.
• Coordinate shift schedules and oversee store operations during your shift.
• Collaborate with other store staff to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to organise, lead own work and support colleagues.
• Motivation to train, coach and inspire team members.
• Initiative and a drive to exceed performance goals.
