About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Ventspils. You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming parts and components meet our strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect parts and components according to company quality standards.
• Identify non‑conformities and complete the related documentation.
• Analyze defects and non‑conformities to support continuous improvement.
• Execute tasks promptly and maintain high quality in all activities.

Required profile

• Technical education (e.g., engineering, technical school).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic digital competence (MS Office, resource‑management system).
• Analytical mindset.
• Conversational Latvian and English.
