About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager on a fixed‑term basis to lead our personnel functions during a key growth phase. You will shape HR policies, support recruitment, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement company HR policies and annual strategy.
• Prepare the yearly HR budget and monitor its execution.
• Lead recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding and integration.
• Maintain HR documentation in compliance with Latvian legislation.
• Develop and run performance evaluation, training, motivation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and staff.
• Ensure occupational safety and other legal compliance.
• Organise corporate events, internal communications and oversee office administrative activities.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum three years of experience as an HR manager.
• Strong knowledge of Latvian labour law and HR regulations.
• Proven experience in policy development and multi‑level recruitment.
• Excellent organisational skills, precision and a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication abilities in Latvian and good English.
• Result‑oriented, positive attitude and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience with the SolCraft HR system is a plus.
