About the role

We are looking for a Personnel Administrative Specialist to join our HR team at Playtech Live Latvia. You will ensure that all employment‑related documentation and processes comply with Latvian labour law and support our 1,900‑strong workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage legal employment contracts, amendments, terminations and related documents.
• Maintain personnel records in accordance with the Labour Law and other regulations.
• Enter and update data accurately in HR information systems.
• Facilitate timely information flow between company units.
• Compile reports for management, auditors and state authorities.
• Provide HR‑related support to employees and assist with HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR administration tasks as required.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HR principles, processes and Latvian Labour Law.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Analytical ability to collect data, prepare quality reports and present results.
• Excellent written and spoken Latvian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
