Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

SYNTX.AI is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the promotion of its AI‑powered platform across international markets. The focus will be on planning, launching, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for multiple products simultaneously in dozens of countries.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns for new SYNTX.AI products.
• Build campaign structures tailored to different markets and audience segments.
• Continuously test hypotheses, audiences, offers and creatives.
• Develop and optimise retargeting strategies.
• Analyse performance data, identify growth opportunities and report key metrics.
• Scale successful campaigns while monitoring CPA, ROAS and other KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) at scale.
• Track record of independently launching, managing and scaling campaigns across many GEOs.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics and ad analytics.
• Demonstrable case studies showing measurable results.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) platform expertise.
• Retargeting strategy implementation.
• Ad analytics and KPI optimisation (CPA, ROAS).
• Google Ads (nice to have).
