People Process & AI Automation Specialist

About the role

FYUL is looking for a People Process & AI Automation Specialist to streamline and automate the global HR function. You will map employee journeys, remove friction, and embed AI tools to create a best‑in‑class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Map, clean up, and standardise end‑to‑end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks, eliminate duplicate work and define lightweight SOPs that scale globally.
• Set up metrics and dashboards to track process performance against HR goals.
• Leverage Claude, Gemini and Google Workspace (Apps Script) to optimise documentation, workflows and knowledge retrieval.
• Integrate HR systems such as HiBob with AI tools to build smarter, faster service experiences.
• Design, test and deploy custom AI agents for self‑service, case routing and reporting.
• Ensure AI safety, data‑privacy and security compliance for every automation.
• Act as an AI ambassador, up‑skilling colleagues and sharing practical prompts across the People function.
