People Process & AI Automation Specialist

About the role

FYUL is looking for a People Process & AI Automation Specialist to design, simplify, and automate the global Human Resources function. You will map employee journeys, remove friction, and leverage AI tools to create a best‑in‑class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and clean up end‑to‑end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual work using practical process‑optimization techniques.
• Create clear SOPs, lightweight documentation, and scalable operational standards.
• Establish metrics and tracking to measure performance gains.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Google Workspace (Gemini, Apps Script) to streamline documentation and workflows.
• Integrate systems like HiBob with AI solutions to improve service delivery.
• Design and deploy custom AI agents for self‑service, knowledge retrieval, case routing, and reporting.
• Ensure AI safety and data‑privacy compliance for all automations.
