Part‑time Grocery Associate

About the role

Wolt Market is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Grocery Associates to support its store in Āgenskalna, Riga. You will help process customer orders, keep the store tidy, and ensure a smooth flow of goods between vendors, couriers and shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders using the Merchant app.
• Pick, pack and hand over groceries to customers and courier partners.
• Unload and organize food and supplies received from vendors.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout the store.

Required profile

• Proactive, fast‑learning and able to multitask.
• Available to work shifts any day of the week, including mornings, afternoons and evenings.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Latvian.
• Previous experience in a grocery store is a plus.
• Legal right to work in Latvia (up to 40 hours per week).
