About the role

Luminor is looking for a dynamic leader to head the Partnerships and Local Support Department. You will be responsible for building and nurturing valuable partner relationships while ensuring high‑quality support for local partners across the bank’s retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Luminor’s strategy into actionable plans and drive team performance.
• Organise team activities to deliver excellent service to partners, clients and collaborators, meeting SLA targets.
• Promote bank product sales and support sustainable retail banking growth.
• Prepare and present high‑quality credit project documentation (MEMO).
• Coordinate partner events and local initiatives.
• Monitor market trends with partners and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams on sales initiatives.
• Oversee client‑service networks, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant delivery.
• Maintain data quality, documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (KYC, AML).

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales support or client service within the financial sector.
• Understanding of retail banking products and the real‑estate market.
• 1–2 years of team‑leadership experience with strong coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in performance management and employee development.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and project‑management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and cross‑border environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Latvian required for local interactions.
• Experience in real‑estate or mortgage lending is a plus.
