About the role

Tele2 is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its retail store at Akropole in Riga. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Tele2 telecom products and services to walk‑in customers and via phone.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 services and products both in‑store and over the phone.
• Identify the best solutions based on each client’s needs and preferences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest telecom technologies and inform customers about them.
• Maintain accurate store documentation and follow procedural guidelines.
• Encourage customers to explore new telecom service possibilities.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Strong desire to develop sales skills and telecom knowledge.
• Positive attitude, initiative and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation to earn compensation that reflects performance.
• Interest in learning and applying AI tools in daily work.
