About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage and develop our sales department within a fast‑growing international Fintech company. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise the daily activities of the sales team, monitoring goal achievement and results.
• Process client applications, communicate with prospects and existing customers, and close deals personally.
• Understand the sales specialists’ workflow, processes and client‑service approach to provide effective leadership.
• Analyse sales results, identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary enhancements.
• Develop and execute a sales plan, set priorities and support company growth objectives.
• Actively acquire new clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve client acquisition and create effective sales‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to analyse and improve results.
• Proven capability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with willingness to take responsibility for team outcomes.
• Ability to make independent decisions, set priorities and organise work efficiently.
• Experience in credit, insurance or other financial services is a plus.
