About the role

Join Tele2's Sales Expert team focused on business customers. You will work onsite, selling Tele2 telecom services to existing and new business clients while developing your sales and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Actively propose and sell Tele2 products to current and prospective business customers over the phone.
• Acquire new business clients and nurture relationships with existing ones.
• Continuously improve sales techniques, argumentation, and communication skills.
• Motivate yourself and the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and self‑discipline in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Willingness to work onsite from Monday to Friday.
• Strong desire to engage with business clients and drive sales.
• Self‑motivated attitude with a focus on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet performance goals.
