About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑moving fashion store. Working part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week) you will greet customers, guide them through the shop and help them find the right items while showcasing the brand’s collection.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support opening and closing routines of the store.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure consistent service standards.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Interest in fashion and a desire to help customers make informed choices.
• Enthusiastic, communicative and eager to work in a collaborative environment.
• Flexible, action‑oriented and comfortable using store technologies.
• Open to learning and developing retail skills on the job.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
