About the role

The Multi‑brand Service Master will oversee daily service operations for Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co and Zeekr vehicles. You will coordinate technicians, manage workflow, and ensure timely, high‑quality repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise the service daily workflow for multiple brands.
• Coordinate Personal Service Technicians, monitor workload and provide technical support.
• Lead technical issue analysis, diagnostics and repair processes for Lynk & Co and Zeekr models.
• Control quality of repairs, adherence to manufacturer procedures and service plans.
• Monitor service schedules, anticipate bottlenecks and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain technical information, work with manufacturer systems and ensure compliance with 5S standards.
• Collaborate with parts, warranty and other internal departments to optimise the repair process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, diagnostics and modern electronic systems.
• Hands‑on experience in automotive and electro‑diagnostics, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and make independent decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills, high sense of responsibility and precision.
• Good communication skills and willingness to support colleagues technically.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English for technical documentation.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
