Microsoft Modern Work & Security Presales Specialist

About the role

As a Microsoft Modern Work & Security Presales Specialist you will provide technical and consultative support to the sales team, helping enterprise clients adopt modern workplace and security solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to shape solutions, drive upselling and cross‑selling, and ensure alignment with Microsoft funding programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical and consultative expertise in Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops and project discussions to provide technical guidance.
• Identify and develop upselling and cross‑selling opportunities based on customer needs.
• Apply Microsoft Modern Work and Security funding programs to relevant customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including security and modern workplace solutions.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity to explore new topics and willingness to learn.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
