About the role

We are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to join our Spilve production plant. You will ensure the smooth operation of automated production equipment and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the automatic control systems of production technology in accordance with safety and technical operation regulations.
• Diagnose equipment failures, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the introduction of new automation technologies and equipment.
• Collaborate with external service providers and vendors on automation‑related issues.

Required profile

• Technical education (e.g., engineering, mechatronics) with experience in production technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of Latvian and English for work in an international environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer tools, especially MS Office.
