Medical Representative / Key Account Manager – Latvia

About the role

We are hiring a Medical Representative / Key Account Manager to develop the Latvian market for a pharmaceutical company operating across the Baltic States. The role involves promoting hospital and specialized pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals throughout Latvia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure product availability in the market and provide professional product education to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Prioritize tasks, manage the assigned territory, and contribute to company plans and business objectives.
• Gather and analyse market, business environment, and competitor information.

Required profile

• University degree in natural or health sciences (pharmacy, medicine, biomedicine, biology, biochemistry, or related field).
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or Key Account Manager.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, high independence and reliability.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Latvia and hold a Category B driving licence.
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in surgery, oncology, gynecology, or hospital business is advantageous.
