MĀSA 24 – Blood Vessel Surgery Department Nurse

About the role

This position is for a registered nurse working in the Blood Vessel Surgery Department on a 24‑hour shift schedule. The role involves direct patient care, preparation for surgeries, and assistance during operative procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess overall health status.
• Perform physician‑ordered medical procedures such as wound dressing and fluid aspiration.
• Prepare patients for both acute and planned surgeries, including setting up the operating environment and equipment.
• Assist the surgeon during operative procedures.
• Evaluate the care process and outcomes for each patient.

Required profile

• Completed nursing education and registration in the national medical personnel register.
• Previous experience in a surgical or related specialty is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, react quickly, and work effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills, precision, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Mandatory knowledge of the official state language.
