Lead Solution Architect – Insurance SaaS & AI

About the role

Sapiens is looking for a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect who will bridge presales and delivery for insurance SaaS and AI platforms. The role focuses on defining business outcomes, ensuring non‑functional requirements are addressed, and guiding migrations from legacy systems to cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solutions that align with client business outcomes, covering performance, scale, security, integration and operability.
• Own the definition of “done”, manage non‑functional requirements, and feed them into implementation plans.
• Lead rapid planning after contract signing, hand over a documented design to delivery teams, and safeguard its integrity throughout the project.
• Drive migration initiatives using the analyse‑dispose‑bridge‑migrate framework, defining value and KPIs for each client.
• Serve as the internal champion for AI‑driven tools, establishing standards for their use and continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex, enterprise‑level insurance solutions across P&C, Life and Reinsurance.
• Strong ability to communicate with both business leaders (e.g., heads of claims) and technical engineers.
• Track record of holding internal teams and clients accountable to agreed business outcomes.
• Experience with legacy‑to‑SaaS or core platform migration projects.
