About the role

We are looking for a Color Mixing Assistant to join our fast‑growing cosmetics manufacturing team in Riga. You will support the production of nail and hand‑care products by handling raw materials, operating equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh, mix and fill product containers according to precise instructions.
• Set up, operate and monitor production equipment.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation.

Required profile

• Responsible, careful and detail‑oriented.
• Capable of working independently and organizing your own tasks.
• Physically fit and able to perform manufacturing duties.
• Experience in production or chemistry is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Full‑time shift work on weekdays (06:30‑15:00 or 15:00‑23:30).
• Gross salary of €1,200 per month plus a performance bonus up to €200.
• Workplace at Kurzemes prospekts 3k, Riga, with planned relocation to Ādaži from 01‑11‑2026.
