About the role

We are looking for a Colour Mixing Assistant to support our fast‑growing cosmetics manufacturing line. You will work on the production floor, ensuring that nail and hand‑care products are accurately weighed, mixed and packaged according to strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh, mix and fill product containers following detailed instructions.
• Set up, operate and monitor the equipment used in the mixing process.
• Complete all required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Required profile

• Responsible and careful in performing tasks.
• Capable of working independently and organizing one’s own workload.
• Physically fit and able to handle manufacturing duties.
• Experience in production or chemistry is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Full‑shift schedule on weekdays with two shift options: 06:30‑15:00 or 15:00‑23:30.
• Gross monthly salary of 1,200 EUR.
• Performance‑based gross bonus up to 200 EUR per month.
• Workplace located in Riga (Kurzemes prospekts 3k) with planned relocation to Ādaži from 01‑11‑2026.
