Junior Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our 24/7 support team. You will assist enterprise customers with connectivity and IoT services, ensuring fast and professional resolution of their inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and other channels.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues.
• Log, classify, and follow up on tickets according to SLA guidelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in English.
• Contribute to internal workflows and knowledge‑base documentation.

Required profile

• Education in Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field (mandatory).
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in telecom, mobile technologies, and IoT.

Required skills

• Zendesk ticketing system.
