Junior Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Operations Specialist to join our team and help deliver end‑to‑end customer support. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders and claims are processed smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Support accurate order processing and coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to guarantee smooth deliveries.
• Manage order updates such as changes, cancellations and back‑orders while keeping customers informed.
• Handle system queries, returns and billing issues.
• Gather information for customer claims and assist in the resolution process.

Required profile

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or a related field.
• Comfortable working with standard IT systems and spreadsheets.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in an international environment.
• Strong written and spoken English for communication with European colleagues.
