About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our modern, ambitious self‑service personnel portal, Panorama365. You will work closely with a cohesive team to deliver smart solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and drive IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Act as the bridge between the internal team and clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent results.
• Guarantee that Panorama365 solutions are correctly installed, fully functional, and continuously optimized for client satisfaction.
• Provide valuable insights and advice to help clients maximize the portal’s potential.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably IT projects.
• Good understanding of business processes and financial accounting.
• Fluent communication in Latvian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Initiative, stress resistance and a strong attention to detail.
