IT Coordinator – Riga Airport

About the role

We are looking for an IT Coordinator to support the launch of Avolta’s retail operations at Riga Airport. The role ensures that all store technology, POS systems and network infrastructure run smoothly, providing reliable service to both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to retail stores and head‑office users.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot POS terminals, computers, printers, scanners and network equipment.
• Coordinate installation, configuration and upgrades of hardware and software across locations.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and ensure security compliance.
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance and support activities.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist with the implementation of new retail technology solutions and IT projects.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, updates and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration or retail technology environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.
