IoT Customer Implementation Specialist – B2B Support

About the role

Tele2 is looking for an IoT Customer Implementation Specialist to join its Riga team. The role focuses on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for B2B customers and ensuring successful implementation of Tele2 IoT solutions. You will act as the main point of contact between customers, internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding of new B2B customers and implement Tele2 IoT products and services.
• Interact daily with customers via phone and email, logging all cases in the ticketing system.
• Process information and service requests, place and track SIM orders, and assist with basic invoicing queries.
• Validate agreements and customer setups, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Communicate and coordinate orders with SIM vendors and warehouse teams.
• Perform requested optimisations and support post‑implementation activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in B2B customer support and onboarding.
• Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a ticketing system.
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Knowledge of the IoT industry and SIM technology.
