Interior Project Sales

About the role

The Interior Project Sales role at Lucidus SIA is a full‑time, on‑site position in Riga. You will manage the complete sales cycle for interior projects, from client consultation through proposal preparation to delivery coordination and project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on lighting, electrical installation materials, and furniture solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate deliveries and project execution with project managers, suppliers, and technical specialists.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to sales targets and overall company growth.

Required profile

• Strong project sales and solution‑based selling experience in interior or technical products.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid project‑management capabilities to handle timelines, resources, and multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in interiors, lighting, furniture, or construction‑related fields.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riga, manage priorities and ensure quotation accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and collaborative cross‑functional teams.
• Education in business, design, engineering, or comparable practical experience.
