Integration Product Specialist

About the role

Intrum is looking for an Integration Product Specialist to support the rollout of self‑service applications across multiple markets. You will act as the main liaison between product, engineering and implementation teams, ensuring integrations are efficient, scalable and do not become bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for integration‑related questions from both Group and local teams.
• Support implementation teams with API integrations (REST), event‑driven flows (Confluent Kafka), data model validation and payload analysis.
• Identify recurring integration issues, drive improvements and escalate critical problems to development teams.
• Maintain and continuously improve integration documentation and support testing and go‑live activities across parallel projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable working in a multi‑project environment.
• Structured, proactive work style and ability to keep dialogue open between Group and local teams.

Required skills

• Experience with system integrations using REST APIs and event‑driven architectures (Confluent Kafka).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, preferably with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
