Human Resources Director – Pan Baltics

About the role

The Human Resources Director for the Pan‑Baltics region will lead HR strategy, operations and compliance across Stoli Group’s entities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Reporting to the CHRO and working closely with the Managing Director of Pan Baltics and the Director of Latvijas Balzams, you will own the regional HR budget, remuneration policy and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and allocate the HR budget for all Baltic entities.
• Design and implement regional HR projects and localized policies.
• Develop and maintain remuneration, reward and benefits programmes, ensuring EU compliance.
• Conduct salary surveys and keep compensation competitive across the three markets.
• Lead senior‑level recruitment and talent acquisition for the region.
• Supervise and develop the Baltic HR team, setting goals and fostering growth.
• Ensure full compliance with Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian labour laws.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑country environment.
• Deep knowledge of Baltic labour legislation and EU HR directives.
• Track record of managing HR budgets and compensation structures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a regional HR team.
