HRM Consultant (Latvian payroll expertise)

About the role

Join Digmatix to help shape the future of HR and payroll solutions across the Baltics. As an HRM Consultant you will work closely with clients, consultants, and product specialists to implement and develop the HRM4Baltics solution, making everyday work simpler and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Latvian clients on the implementation and development of HRM4Baltics solutions.
• Analyze HR and payroll processes and recommend modernisation.
• Configure software functionality to meet client requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support throughout digital transformation.
• Participate in the development of new HRM4Baltics features and services.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and product teams across the Baltic region.

Required profile

• Previous experience with Latvian payroll and/or accounting.
• Strong interest in digital HR and payroll solutions.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to improve HR processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Willingness to travel to Tallinn periodically for training and collaboration.
