HR Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic HR Specialist to join our Riga team at Kronospan, a global leader in wood‑product manufacturing. The role focuses on developing training, managing recruitment, ensuring policy compliance and delivering HR analytics to support our production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for factory staff.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding.
• Collaborate with line managers to guarantee adherence to company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare, analyse and present regular HR reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or training, preferably within an industrial environment.
• Fluent in English and Latvian; Russian is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, self‑motivated and a team player.
